- 12 oz Water warm (105°F/40°C), filtered
- 0.5 Lemon juiced fresh
- 1 tsp Fresh Ginger grated
- 1 tsp Raw Honey or pure maple syrup
- 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
- 1 dash Ceylon Cinnamon
